Return Policy
Returns
Please note that our products are made on demand. We do not keep pre-made inventory in stock. Once an order has been placed and sent into production, the item is custom printed specifically for that order and cannot be reused or resold.
However, we understand that issues may happen, and we will do our best to support our customers when there is a problem with an order.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If there is a defect, printing issue, or mistake on our part, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Because each product is made to order, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to customer errors, including but not limited to incorrect size, color, design, product selection, shipping address, or other order details entered incorrectly at checkout.
Return, exchange, or refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order.
To complete your request, we may require a receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, if applicable, including:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not caused by our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Order Modification or Cancellation
We only allow order modifications or cancellations within 24 hours after payment has been completed.
For personalized or customized products, modification or cancellation requests must be submitted by email within 12 hours after payment.
Personalized and customized items are non-refundable. They may only be eligible for replacement if there is a production error, printing defect, damaged item, or if the item received is different from the order placed.
Replacement Policy
Because our products are printed on demand and made specifically for each customer, we only accept replacement requests if the issue meets one of the conditions below.
You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if:
- The product arrived damaged
- The printing quality is blurry or defective
- The material is not as described on our website
- The design received is different from the design ordered
- The size received is different from the size ordered
- There is another production error or mistake caused by us

Evidence Required for Return or Replacement
To help us review and process your request, please provide clear evidence of the issue. All required photos must be submitted. Without proper evidence, we may not be able to provide a replacement or refund.
Please include the following:
- A photo of the shipping label
- A photo of the product SKU, if available
- A photo of the full product
- A clear photo showing the defect, damage, wrong design, wrong size, or other issue
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Replacement Timeline
After the problem is confirmed and approved, we will process and send the replacement within 15 days.
