Shipping Policy
How Does Shipping Work?
Wolf Vow works with trusted production partners and shipping carriers to provide made-to-order products at reasonable prices.
Because our products are produced on demand, your order may be printed and shipped from different production facilities depending on the product type, availability, and destination country.
If you order multiple products, your items may be shipped separately. This means you may receive different packages at different times.
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it as soon as possible and ship it to the address provided at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
We work with a variety of shipping carriers and logistics partners, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, YunExpress, and other local or international carriers.
The carrier used for your order may vary depending on the product, destination, shipping method selected, and carrier availability.
Shipping to the United States
We ship to the United States, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Estimated shipping times for the United States:
Standard Insured Shipping: 2 - 3 weeks
Priority Insured Shipping: 1 - 2 weeks
Free Shipping: 2 - 3 weeks
Standard Insured Shipping to the United States
We charge a $5.99 shipping fee for Standard Insured Shipping to the United States.
Priority Insured Shipping to the United States
We charge a $14.99 shipping fee for Priority Insured Shipping to the United States.
International Shipping
We also offer international shipping.
Estimated international shipping times:
European Union: 2 - 4 weeks
Australia: 2 - 4 weeks
Canada: 2 - 4 weeks
United Kingdom: 2 - 4 weeks
Worldwide: 2 - 5 weeks
Standard Insured Shipping Worldwide
We charge a $7.99 shipping fee for Standard Insured Shipping worldwide.
Priority Insured Shipping Worldwide
We charge a $15.99 shipping fee for Priority Insured Shipping worldwide.
Processing Time
Because our products are made on demand, each product requires production and handling time before it is shipped.
Estimated processing times:
Apparel, Mug, Pillow, Blanket, Ornament: 1 - 3 business days
Rug, Mat, Bedding Set, Clock: 3 - 5 business days
Tumbler, Hawaiian Shirt, Cross Tank Top, Shoes: 3 - 5 business days
Graduation Stole, Candle Holder, Picture Frame: 5 - 7 business days
Most orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days. However, during peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Tracking Information
Tracking information is usually available within 2 - 4 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
Once your tracking number is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We only offer shipping to one destination per order.
If you would like to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping address.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship orders to P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.
Please note that shipments to APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take up to 40 - 45 days to be delivered.
Once a package enters the military mail system, tracking updates may become limited or unavailable due to security restrictions.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the carrier is unable to contact the customer for delivery, the package may be returned to our production facility or warehouse.
If the package is returned and the customer provides the correct shipping information, we may offer a re-shipment.
Re-shipping fees may apply:
Re-shipping to the United States: $7.99 per item
Re-shipping worldwide: $8.99 per item
Wolf Vow is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Shipping During Peak Seasons
We do not charge extra shipping fees during peak seasons such as Christmas, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, New Year’s Eve, or other high-demand periods.
However, shipping times may increase by 3 - 7 business days during peak seasons due to higher order volume, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
We will do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Wolf Vow is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier.
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first.
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can help review the issue.
Wolf Vow is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost, missing, or stolen after delivery.
If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly and check with your local post office, building manager, neighbors, or household members.
